Membership has its benefits

With 51,000+ members, you become a part of something BIG. Membership means a subscription to "Sports Car" magazine, which provides the latest updates in cars, and SCCA events from across the country.

You can become a national member, but by joining the NRSCCA chapter as well, it reduces your entry fees to local events, allows you to compete for year end trophies & gets you "Exhaust Notes" (the Nebraska Region newsletter).

If you use the printable membership application, please note that you will need to indicate your choice of NEBRASKA REGION / #048 on your application.

Regions conduct numerous workshops and information sessions for event workers. SCCA conducts driver training classes, and has a list of private, professional training schools that are approved for driver training.

Cars and Equipment

From a loaner helmet to access to our new Spec Racer Ford, the SCCA and its regions offer a wide range of options for car rental, and availability of equipment to help you get started.

All SCCA members are protected with the best event-related insurance program in motorsports at no additional cost. Properly registered SCCA members who are accidentally injured while participating at SCCA events are covered for up to $1 million in medical expenses. SCCA members, in certain circumstances, are also provided with limited third-party liability insurance coverage at most events. Contact the SCCA Risk Management Department at the national office for details.

Access to Experts and Information

The most valuable membership perk of the SCCA is that you join a club filled with members who are eager to share their expertise and experience to help you, teach you and point you where you want to go in motorsports.

solo info

Solo (Autocross) events emphasize a driver's ability and their car's handling characteristics. Speeds are no greater than those encountered on legal highways and city-streets. The combination of competition, concentration, and car feedback creates an adrenaline rushing experience. The fasted single-run time wins! Do you think your skills are top-notch, or do you want to polish your driving technique? If so, Solo is for you.

rally info

RallyCross is the most widespread and readily accessible form of Sports Car Club of America extreme dirt motorsport. A combination of performance stage rally and autocross, it takes place on an unpaved open lot where, like Solo, the course is delinieated by cones. No convertibles/soft-top vehicles are allowed to participate in RallyCross, and unlike performance stage rally, roll-cages are not required.
