Secretary’s report reviewed. Motion to approve Secretary’s Report, Buell/ Gerber, None opposed. Secretary’s Report approved.<br />

Treasurer’s Report to be tabled for a later date. Treasurer was out of town.<br />
===Social===<br />
Everything is on track for the Club Race get together at Legends. The social is set to start at 3p.m.<br />
===Rallycross===<br />
The next rallycross will be held on June 9-10. Saturday June 9th will be a RallyCross School with a Twilight RallyCross event at sunset. A prize for the funkiest glow-stick will be awarded. Sunday June 10th will be a RallyCross points event.<br />
===Solo===<br />
April 22nd Solo event recap. This was over- all a very good event and made a profit. Port-a-Johns are reserved for all events for the rest of the year.<br />

The Street Survival set up for April 28th has been cancelled. There were simply not enough entries.<br />
<br />
There was discussion of imposing an onsite registration fee. Cox motions the following:<br />
#Non-pre-registered entrants will pay a $10 registration penalty.<br />
#Registration for non-pre-registered members will close one half hour before the pre-registered check-in window. Buell second, none opposed. Motion approved.<br />
<br />
A proposal was made by a solo member of having a “recruiting line” at solo events. General consensus is that it is a good concept and needs to be further discussed and tailored to NRSCCA events. Motion to table discussion for a later date. Walker/ Cox, none opposed. Motion approved.<br />
===Competition===<br />
As a response for the conditions placed on MVRG in regards to the race they are holding in June, Walker motions that the Nebraska Region will r equest a rejection letter from DMVR of said conditions. Garcia second, none opposed. Motion approved.<br />
