===Secretary’s Report===
Shana Hogan emailed and handed out last months minutes to board members. Mark Walker motioned to approve. Candy Gerber second. All for.
===Treasures Report===
April Walter handed out report to board members. Candy Gerber motioned to approve. Chuck Garcia second. All for.
===Activities Report===
Steve Ducharme said the Rally Cross had been canceled due to weather.

Test-N-Tune added to April’s Solo event. Spring Nationals also to be held on May 21-24.
===Race Chairman===
Steve Wilson reported about regional and national events and what the difference was between the drivers. Made suggestions. Candy Gerber asked if they were interested in a bonus race possibly.
===Rally Cross Report===
Doug Leibman reported that the April Rally Cross had been canceled. The next Rally Cross will be June 13 and 14th a two day event. Doug Leibman said he wants to seed the Rally Cross site. Chuck Garcia said he could help seed the site also. Doug Leibman also will call about having the site graded.
===Solo Report===
Dave Pape not present. Mark Walker reported the test-tune from March was full and a good turnout for the Solo event the next day. Rebels Club will help with Pro Solo and Spring Nationals.
===Points===
Candy Gerber will post points.
===Membership report===
Julie Heaton not present. We have 261 members now with 11 new members this month.
===Exhaust Notes===
Patt Buell not present.
===Social Chair===
Chuck Garcia said he would call about picnic area for Sept. 12th or 13th or 26th or 27th.
===Banquet Chairman===
April Walter has reserved DC center for 75 people.
==Old Business==
Candy Gerber discussed if trophy’s should be redesigned with different logos on them.
Ben Tusa: Reported about a new members committee.
==New Business==
Candy Gerber stated that Mark Ross was Chief of Tech (club racing) and he had asked about a budget for race supplies that will need to replaced.
