===Secretary’s Report===
Shana Hogan emailed last months January meeting minutes to the board. Motion by Steve Ducharme and 2nd by Patt Buell to approve. All for.
===Treasurer’s Report===
April Walter presented theTreasurer’s report. Motion to approve by Mark Walker and 2nd by Patt Buell to approve. All for.
===Rallycross Report===
Steve Ducharme will check with 1- 80 Speedway for an April 19 or April 26 date for another RC. Doug Leibman said the first Rallycross was a great success on Feb 15. There were 21 regular members and 10 walk ups. Thank yous to Doug Leibman’s wife for cooking Chilli for the Feb 15 event.
===Solo Report===
Mark Walker said Hoosier Tire would like to have a Tire testing day on April 11. Motioned by Mark Walker and 2nd by Steve Ducharme. All for.
===Points Keeper Report===
Candy Gerber will report Activity, Solo, Rally Cross and Road Racing points every quarter.
===Membership Report===
Julie Heaton not present.
===Social Report===
Chuck Garcia stated World of Worlds was going okay. Still needed to purchase tickets and parking tickets for workers, get the TV, extension cords, etc. Looks like the cars entered will be parked side by side. Picnic this year would be held at same place as last year.
===Banquet Report===
April Walter will book the event again at DC Center. Booking it for late Jan 2016. April Walter motion to approve and 2nd by Chuck Garcia. All for.
===Club Racing and Competition Report===
Steve Wilson said his committee was satisfied with the exisiting trophies. Biut would be okay to rename them. Suggested a idea to give one for highest points. Wants to present to the race committee. Will get back to the board.

Mark Walker mentioned members could buy helmets for about $50 or $60 dollars but the club doesn’t need anymore. Would send a email out to show the website where members could order the helmets.
===Annual Solo/RC Tech===
Steve Ducharme mentioned it could be held April 11 and by appointment April 12.

Mark Walker motioned to buy a generator from Dave Fink. All for.
==New Business==
April Walter made a motion to buy lunch for the fence workers. 2nd by Steve Ducharme. All for.

April Walter motioned to order green cards, wristbands, waivers or minor releases when needed. All for.

Candy Gerber stated we have enough medals and will check for other options to present for trophies, other than using medals.

April Walter asks that the RE has authority to spend $200 without approval from board.

Mark Walker would have $2000 to spend for National Championships. Steve Ducharme motioned to approve and 2nd by April Walter. All for.

Steve Ducharme motioned for the RE to call meetings by email if needed. All for.

April Walter will be Assistant RE. Candy Gerber motioned to approve and 2nd by Mark Walker. All for.

April Walter ask to dissolve the O/P/P .

April Walter will make a calendar for things to be done on time.

Road Rally. April Walter motion to table this and 2nd by Mark Walker. All for.

April Walter motioned for a $700 budget for World Of Wheels. 2nd by Mark Walker. All for.

World of Wheels To do again next year is tabled for now. Candy Gerber stated we need to stop assuming events will happen every year.
