Steve; the first Rallycross is scheduled for Feb. 26, 2017 and the next Rallycross on March 26, 2017.

The first Solo is for April 2, 2017.

Mike not present. Steve Ducharme gave a report. Mike Lovejoy is going to be the Event Master for first Rallycross.

Dave said we are still in need of a Race Chair. If there is anyone interested please get hold of Dave soon.

Chuck ask if there were any comments about the last picnic site. The site at Chalco Hills seemed to be the favorite. A suggestion was made holding picnic in August.

Dave Zitzlsperger ask if anyone was interested in volunteers to help with banquet?
==Old Business==
Mark Walker discussed about 1st place points and who should be given the points - like Event Master, Course Designer, if not running in the event. Steve Ducharme motioned to look at each event to determine who gets the first place points. Kevin McEnhill second. All for.
==New Business==
Mark Walker talked about how to give points for ‘Above and Beyond’ to board members. Anthony Jackson suggested each point be worth a certain amount of money per point and could be used for a discount for entry, banquet, or apparel. The point would be given per event. This program has not been approved yet. Further discussion at next meeting.

Mark Walker requested a extra timing system. Steve Ducharme motioned to buy a extra timing system. Anthony Jackson second. All for.
Mark Walker suggested the club buy some Wi- WiFi equipment for permanent installation. Anthony Jackson moved to buy wi-for equipment to be installed. Steve Ducharme second. All for.

Dave Zitzlsperger Ask about a annual solo tech. Steve suggested to have Annual Tech the day before first Solo on April 1, 2017.
