The meeting was called to order by Regional Executive Mark Walker at 8:01 pm.

Secretary Ann LaRandeau handed out copies of the minutes from the December Board meeting. The minutes were reviewed. Motion to approve minutes, Patt Buell/Candy Gerber, approved by all.

==Old Business==
It was determined at the beginning of the 2010 race year that the loaner helmets owned by NRSCCA will be out of date and new ones will be purchased. There was talk about the purchasing options at different vendors. Discussion was also held about purchasing helmet socks. The helmet sock would need to be purchased in order to use a loaner helmet. This will help eliminate abuse of the loaner helmets, and keep them cleaner for as long as possible. Price for helmet sock will be $2.

*It was announced that SAE will be coming to the Lincoln AirPark in 2012.
*The Lincoln AirPark will be submitting an application to the City of Lincoln for a fence grant so there will be a more lightweight, and easier to maneuver fence to put up for events held at the Lincoln AirPark.
*Discussion about Spring Nationals contracts at the AirPark were held. More to come at a later date.
*Treasurer John LaRandeau presented paperwork for a bond to the NRSCCA.
