April will have updated report next meeting.
===Activities: Steve Ducharme===
Steve stated the calendar for 2016 is online now. Steve also mentioned the events always need help with course design, registration, etc. If anyone new wants to try course design or something new they have not done before, someone with experience will always be there to help the person The first RallyCross is Feb. 28. And second Rally Cross is March 13, 2016. Steve has sent in the sanctioned for the RallyCross this year. Steve said the first Solo will be held in April 10,2016 and the next one the weekend of April 23, 2016.

Steve also mentioned the 2016 FSAE will hold their event at Lincoln Airpark on June 15-18, 2016. The fence setup will be done the weekend before so that FSAE can begin preparing their site. Tear down will be following the regional Solo on June 19, 2016.
===Club Race: Steve Wilson===
Steve Wilson has no new news to report. Did ask why NRSCCA didn’t have a race event scheduled in Hastings this year.
===Rally Cross: Mike LoveJoy===
Mike consented to be RC Chair and will help with Rally cross events .
===Solo: Dave Pape===
Dave Pape had nothing new to report.
===National Events: Mark Walker===
Mark Walker said he would have fence set up for Spring Nationals probably the weekend before. Mark would also like to hold a training class again this year the weekend of March 5- 6, 2016 for Safety Stewards, registration, etc. Possibly have a Annual Solo Tech on the April 23-24 weekend. Street Survival school will also be held on April 23, 2016. Mark said we still need someone to Replace Mike for sound monitoring for the Club Races.

===Exhaust Notes: Patt Buell===
Patt Buell said the Jan/ Feb issue of the Exhaust Notes had been sent out.

Chuck Garcia said still plans on NRSCCA Picnic in the fall of 2016.
===Banquet: April Walter===
April Walter said the banquet was good. April thanked Candy Gerber for all her help.
==Old Business==
The activity points were discussed. 4 RallyCrosses, 4 Solos, and 1 Club Race was what was decided.
==New Business==
Todd Grantski requested that the Capitol City Mustang Club could join in with a NRSCCA event and set up a course for there club on our site. Todd was given a couple of dates that might work for them.
