Due to the usual creeping operating costs at Solo events, we need to look at increasing Solo entry fees. Entry fees have remained steady for several years. Chris motioned to raise Solo entree fees to $40. Dave seconded. Approved.

As the original criteria for the Byers Trophy (Best Event) is no longer relevant, it may be time to retire it. Ben motioned to retire the trophy. Anthony seconded. Approved.

A new trophy with criteria more in line with our current Course Designer and Event Master duties will be considered and discussed for 2021.
