===Secretary: Shana Hogan===
Shana asked if there was any discussion about last months minutes. All for.
===Treasurer: John LaRandeau===
John emailed financial information to board members. John also discussed a handout sheet with information to the board members. No further questions were asked.
===Activities: Steve Ducharme===
Steve talked about the Street Survival School, with 13 students attending, and a Test -N-Tune on Sat July 8,2017 and a Solo on July 9,2017.

Steve said a Rallycross was held on July 16, 2017. Steve said there was a Test-N-Tune held on July 22 also and an Extra Fun Solo (No Points) on July 23, 2017.

He said there will be the Mid-Divisional Solo event held August 12-13,2017. August 13 will be a Solo Activities event.

Steve said the Annual picnic will be August 19, 2017.
===Solo: Anthony Jackson===
Anthony said all went well for the July 9, 2017 Solo event.
===Club Racing===
Dave Zitzlsperger commented that there needs to be further discussion at a later date.
===RallyCross: Mike LoveJoy===
Mike wanted to thank Mark Walker for bringing the NRSCCA trailer to Baxter’s Subaru show and Steve Ducharme for bringing his nephew, Josue Montoya’s WRX to the show at Baxters. He also thanked all who helped on Saturday.

At the Rallycross in July Baxters Subaru brought there Rallycross Trailer and gave out free items like hats, t-shirts , pens, etc. to Rallycross participants and spectators. A poster was signed by the Rallycross drivers and was taken back to Baxters Subaru and will hung on there wall.

===National Events: Mark Walker===
Mark discussed about possibly replacing parts for the NRSCCA trailer that are wearing out. Mark is getting estimates. The Rebels will be helping again at Nationals in September. Kevin McEnhill also said he is trying to get some help for the Nationals.

===Membership: Julie Heaton===

Ben said he had nothing new to report.

===Points: Ellen Zitzlsperger===
Ellen asked for clarification on Points. It was discussed that weekend memberships receive no points. If it is a Dual Region membership the person needs to call the national office.
===Social: Chuck Garcia===
Chuck discussed the picnic will be August 19, 2017 at Chalco Hills from 11-6. Chuck discussed bringing a covered dish and desert. The meat (brisket) will be cooked by Kevin McEnhill. Water and plates, forks, spoons, knives for will be furnished.
===Banquet===
Dave asked for any volunteers? Mark Walker said he will help and be the Banquet Chair. Thank you Mark.

==New Business==
Mark Walker discussed he would like to order some Flag Banners for the Solo Nationals that can be used for areas like Tech, grid, starting line, etc. - these also can be used for our local events. These would help identify the areas easier. The Rallycross also could use some for there events. No further discussion.
