===Secretary’s Report===
Shana Hogan had emailed report of last month’s minutes to the board. Mark Walker motioned to approve. Patt Buell seconded. All for.
===Treasurer’s Report===
April Walter not present, no report.
===Activities Report===
Steve Ducharme was not in attendance. Report handed out. 2 points Solo’s for July. 07/12/2015 and 07/26/2015.
===Club Racing===
Steve Wilson distributed info on new points system to select Regional and National Driver of the year. Voting on the points system will wait until system is finalized.
* Regional Driver will be changed to Nebraska Region Driver of the Year.
* National Driver will be changed to Nebraska Region majors Driver of the Year.
* Race at RPM had many positive comments from racers. The race did make a profit.
* Money not used for Worker Goodies at RPM will be used for same at MPH race.
* MPH does need to have its track inspection done before the August race. This has already been arranged.
===RallyCross===
Doug Leibman reported that the June 13/ 14 RallyCross School, Night, and Sunday events went well.
* It has been decided to not add a makeup event at this time.
===Solo===
The upcoming (June 28) Solo at MPH has very few participants registered. This is a non-points event. The August Solo at MPH will be a points event. Motion by Candy Gerber to cancel the June 28th Solo at MPH. patt Buell seconded. All for.
* Mark Walker stated that there had been a request for another Test and Tune before Nationals. We could have this on 08/22/2015. Financial breakdown indicates that we would need 35 cars to break even. Mark Walker motioned to go ahead and have the Test and Tune. Patt Buell seconded. All for.
* We made a profit on the June 21 Solo
* We made a profit on Spring Nationals.
* Solo Sanctions for the remainder of the year have been sent in.
===Membership===
Julie Heaton not present. Membership report disctibuted.
===New Member Committee===
Nothing new to report.
* They will promote the July 11-12 Solos on Facebook to attract new members.
* Mustang Club will have their event on July 11th. Event is open to all.
===Exhaust Notes===
Nothing new to report.
===Points===
Candy Gerber is currently updating the points following our most recent events.
===Social===
The Club picnic is scheduled for September 27, 2015
* The Banquet had been scheduled, and a preliminary number given.
===Medals===
Candy Gerber is still working on new designs.
==New Business==
* A local Driving School instructor has inquired about linking his school with the Street Survival program. We will invite him to attend the next Board meeting.
* A member of the Cornhusker Corvette Club has inquired about the specs on our trailer. Candy will forward his info to Mark Walker.
* Mark Walker stated that the current radio batteries are in need of replacement. Motion by Patt Buell to replace all 21 batteries. Mark Walker seconded. All for.
