April Walter gone last month, Julie Heaton presented minutes. Approved with one minor correction.
===Treasurer’s Report===
John LaRandeau not present so sent in advance. Treasurer’s Report approved.
===Membership Report===
Julie Heaton presented membership report. 226 members currently with 3 new members since last meeting.
===Solo Report===
Mark Walker has the paperwork for the insurance for 4/6/14 event. Working on the rest of the events. 6 people signed up for the Starting Line School. Motion made by Matt Cox to approve the amount to be charged to the National Office for site rental for the school. 2nd by Patt Buell. All in favor.
===RallyCross Report===
Steve Ducharme reported if current entry levels remain, RallyCross will be operating at a small loss. Thinking entries may pick up for May, but recruiting still a priority.
===Road Rally Report===
Rally scheduled for June. Rally year awards rules to be reviewed.
===Exhaust Notes Report===
Motion by Matt Cox to approve continuing to mail Exhaust Notes by using stamps and approve budget for the rest of the months this year. 2nd by Candy Gerber. Motion passes 5-0-1.
===Social Report===
Check Garcia reports everything is ready for the car show this weekend.
===Website Report===
Some information needs to be updated on the website. Matt Cox to send Webmaster Dave Cossaboom updated Board Member list.
===Point Events===
Matt Cox brought up that the rest of the Activity Points Events need to be assigned for this year. Dates were agreed upon and to be posted online.
===Club Racing Report===
Natha Waldbaum not present. Open wheel racing discussed.
===National Events Report===
Mark Walker reports that he has received the Solo Nationals contract. May 10/11 to be planning weekend for Nationals.

==New Business==
Need new batteries for radios for events. Same type that have last a while would run about $700. Motion by Matt Cox to replace batteries. 2nd Steve Ducharme. Motion passes. 5-0-1.

Directional Antennas bought for timing system. Motion by Matt Cox to reimburse Mark Walker for these. 2nd Julie Heaton. All For.

Motion by Matt Cox to purchase 6 new red flags. 2nd Dave Fink. All for.

Steve Ducharme asked about Helmet Stickers. Mark Walker to get a quote from Stan Cisar.

Motion by Matt Cox to adjourn. 2nd Julie Heaton. Passed at 9:28 pm.
