John gave report to the board members.

Not present. Dave read report sent by Steve Ducharme. “As far as activities, we had two RX events canceled, February 26 and March 26. We took some runs in February, but conditions were so slippery that we decided to cancel the points event and offer refunds or credit to those who paid. Also refunds or credit to those who prepaid for the March event. There have been changes at the I-80 site, reducing our competition area some. Steve said he will be meeting with Joe Kosiski in a week or so to go over changes. This site is pretty rough, so I recommend having them grade it soon.

Chuck Garcia told me that he talked with Tim Runion at RPM about Rallycross. Apparently they would be happy for us to hold events there.

The first Solo is this Sunday. Annual Solo tech is Saturday 2-5”.

No tpresent. MarkWalker mentioned the Corvette Club wants to have a solo track on July 8- 9, September 23-24 and October 14-25.
Street Survival School will held on July 8, 2017. If anybody knows someone who is the age of 15-21 Street Survival School is a must. Get a hold of any board member and let them know.

Duncan Aviation wants to hold a charity event in September at Nationals.

February RX event had to stop due to muddy conditions for cars and some trucks and refund or credit money back to drivers. March RX event also canceled.

Dave said Candy is working on getting people to help.
