Shana Hogan emailed report of last months minutes to board members. April Walter motion to approve. Mark Walker second. All for.
===Treasurer's Report===
April Walter handed out report to board members. Candy Gerber motion to approve. Patt Buell second. All for.
===Activities Report===
Steve Ducharme said Starting Line school and the Test-n-tune was a successful event. The FSAE still needed helpers. The Solo for June 21 entry fee would be free if you helped at the FSAE. Rallycross school and night runs would be on June 13, 2015 with the Rallycross held on Sunday June 14, 2015.
===Race Chairman===
Steve Wilson talked about the RPM race will be held June 5-7, 2015. Also talked about Nebr. drivers and national drivers and who held which license. Possibly the national driver to get a year end award or a possibility of a traveling trophy.

The budget was discussed if it would be ok to still hold the RPM race and Candy Gerber motioned to approve. All for.

Another race will be held on Aug. 7-9, 2015 at MPH.
===Rallycross===
Doug Leibman stated there is a Rallycross school to be held June 13, 2015 with a Nightime RX. June 14, 2015 to be a points event.

Doug talked to owner about seeding and owner was going to use weed killer soon so holding off on reseeding. Doug asked about grading where water had run off but owner would charge club $1000 .
===Solo===
Dave Pape said test and tune was May 2, 2015 and Solo May3, 2015 with 90 plus entries. The next Solo will be June 21, 2015 at LAP. June 28, 2015 an extra Solo at MPH no points event.

July 12, 2015 is the charity weekend Solo event. Lincoln Mustang Club will be there and Hoosier Tire July 11, 2015.
===National Events===
Mark Walker said Spring Nationals on May 22-25, 2015 made a nice profit on the Practice coarse. Mark Walker Broke down the money spent for the site, security etc.
===Membership Report===
Julie Heaton emailed that we have 278 members and in May, 18 new members.
===New Members===
Ben Tusa No new report.
===Exhaust Notes===
Patt Buell June issue has been sent out.
===Points===
Candy Gerber said points are in Exhaust notes.
===Social Chair===
Chuck Garcia said Sept. 27 or 26 only weekend left in Sept. for picnic. Will call and ask for the Sept. 27 at Chalco Hills 12-4:00. Chuck is open for suggestions on what should be served at picnic.
==Old Business==
Candy mentioned if any ideas on redesigning medals. No suggestions we’re made.

Weekend memberships can only get a membership number at the events. MSR doesn’t provide a membership number.
==New Business==
License plate tags were bought in Feb. Mark hasn’t submitted the bill yet to treasurer.

Candy asked where NRSCCA equipment was being stored such as scales, ramps,etc.

Chuck requested about purchasing a new grill. No decision has been made.

Will vote on new grill at a later date.
