===Secretary: Shana Hogan===
Shana had nothing new to add. No further discussion on last month’s Minutes.
===Treasurer: John LaRandeau===
John handed out the financial report to board members. John discussed information on report. John said he would send end of year report to the board members.
===Activities: Steve Ducharme===
Steve discussed we had two events in November. The Solo event was held on November 5, 2017 with 80 some drivers.

The RX was held on November 18, 2017 with 33 drivers. There were 8 RX scheduled for 2017 but only 5 survived.

There were 8 Solo’s held in 2017. Steve said we had more Saturday events this year with Starting Line School, and the Corvette Club sharing the west side of the area.

The Spring Nationals, FSAE, Mid-Div and Pro Solos, Nationals and a picnic were held this year. Steve also mentioned the NE region had a lot of champions that won this year National Championships.

There will be a Banquet a January 13, 2018 followed by a RX in February.

Anthony said the region had a good year. Not much more to add.
===RX: Mike Lovejoy (not present)===
Steve Ducharme said Mike sent him a email saying Mike wanted to thank everyone for their help and he felt it was a successful year for RX.
===Club Racing: Kevin Kopecky===
Kevin handed out a proposal for a mentorship program from the Club racers. The board will read and discuss at a later meeting next year. Dave Zitzlsperger said he hasn’t heard anything new from the Des Moines region.

===Nationals Events: Mark Walker===
Mark discussed the Spring Nationals will be held May 25-27, 2018. Mark also discussed about equipment for the trailer and events.
===Membership: Julie Heaton (not present)===

===Social Media: Ben Tusa===
Ben didn’t have anything new to report.
===Exhaust Notes: Patt Buell===
Patt will have sent out the December issue next week.

Ellen discussed the final points are done and up on NRSCCA website.
===Social: Chuck Garcia=== Chuck said the annual picnic will be held August 18, 2018.
===Banquet: Mark Walker===
Mark discussed the cost of the jackets and shirts for class awards. Steve Ducharme motioned the amount be approved. Shana Hogan seconded. All for.

Mark then ask for approval for entries for Solo and RX again this year.

Steve motioned for the free entries again this year. Chris Harrison seconded. All for.

Year end awards were voted on by the board members. Winners will be announced at the Annual Awards Banquet.

Dave Zitzlsperger will talk to Candy Gerber about information on the Byers award.
