Shana Hogan emailed minutes to the board members. Candy Gerber motioned to approve. April Water seconded. All for.<br />
Treasurers Report: April Walter will have report for the November meeting.<br />
===Activities Report===<br />
Steve Ducharme reported the October 18 RallyCross went well and the last RallyCross will be November 1, 2015.<br />
===Club Race===<br />
Steve Wilson not present. Candy Gerber has sent in a request for a Club race to be held the first weekend in June 2016 at RPM and is waiting for approval.<br />
===RallyCross Report===<br />
Doug said the October 18 RallyCross had approximately 14 people and went well. November 1 will be the last event held this year.<br />

Doug also let board members know he needs to leave his position next year 2016 and is willing to help the next person who is chosen for next year.<br />
===Solo Chair===<br />
Dave Pape said he is willing to stay in the position for 2016.<br />
===National Events===<br />
Mark Walker said all events went well this year for 2015.<br />
===Membership Report===<br />
Julie Heaton not present.<br />
===New Membership Report===<br />
Ben Tusa has nothing new to report. Ben also offered to stay in this position for 2016.<br />
===Exhaust Notes===<br />
Patt Buell said they will sent out on Monday.<br />
===Points===<br />
Candy Gerber handed out a points at meeting. The points will be soon on the web page.<br />

Waiting for the November 1 RallyCross event to complete final report.<br />

A vote was made that 3 out of 5 RallyCross attendance would be needed to qualify for Class Trophy. Candy Gerber motioned for this to occur. Mark Walker seconded. All for.<br />
===Social Chair===<br />
Chuck Garcia said the picnic went well. No plans for auto show to be scheduled for 2016 World of Wheels.<br />
===Banquet Chair===<br />
April Walter will work on awards and trophy’s for banquet .<br />
==Old Business==<br />
Candy Gerber discussed which medals we still have available. Nomination for 2016 officers will be held at next meeting in November.<br />
==New Business==<br />
Ballots were tallied for the three new board members. The three new board members elected are Steve Ducharme, Dave Zitzlsperger and Shana Hogan.<br />
