Shana Hogan emailed minutes to the board members. April Walter motion in favor. Chuck Garcia seconded. All for.
===Treasurer's Report===
April Walter handed out financial report and the report was discussed with the board members. Mark Walker motion to approve. Chuck Garcia Seconded. All for.
===Activities Report===
Steve Ducharme discussed the Nationals and what a record year for attendance. Last Solo was a good day and successful. The annual picnic would be Sept 27 and on Oct. 8, 2015 the General meeting would be at the Legends Grill for nominating candidates for the BOG. Next Rallycross would be Oct.18,2015 and the last Rallycross Nov. 1, 2015. Steve thanked everyone who helped at the Solo Nationals.
===Club Race Report===
Steve Wilson not present.
===Rallycross Report===
Doug Leibman said he would set up the Saturday before the Oct. 18 rallycross. The last rallycross would be Nov.1,2015.
===Solo Report===
Dave Pape not present. Mark Walker said the last Solo event there were 6 runs per person and fun runs held after. Solo National was very successfully and profitable. The generator is bad so we used backup one.

Mark Walker requested to buy wireless adapters. The displays need repaired. Mark walker motion to approve. Dave Zitzlsperger seconded. All for.
===Membership Report===
Julie Heaton not present.
===New Member Committee===
Ben Tusa wants to get a membership list from Julie to email new members, and ask if they have questions and to answer any questions they may have.
===Exhaust Notes===
October issue to come out Monday.
===Points Keeper===
Candy Gerber not present. Ellen Zitzlsperger helping Candy with tallying activities points.
===Social Chair===
Chuck Garcia said picnic planned for Sun Sept. 27, 2015. Main dish from Hy- Vee.
===Banquet===
April Walter moved the new banquet date to Jan.16, 2015 at the DC Center.
==Old Business==
Getting generator repaired. Mike Ashbaugh still needs a person to take over sound for next year.
==New Business==
New board members to be nominated Oct 8, 2015 at the Legends Grill 7pm.

Mark Walker needs members to step up and help with Solo events in 2016.
