Still need Club Racing Chair.

No prospects for a Club Race in the region this year.

SCCA is looking at getting a deal on loaner helmets from Racequip. Details to come, hopefully.

Free entries for Silent Auction at MiDiv Convention - 1 RallyX entry, 2 MiDiv Solo Championship entries. for approval, Chris seconded. Approved.

Reported on recent activity, not much currently.

Going to work on tracking Income and Expenses for 2020 events.

Due to the usual creeping operating costs at Solo events, we need to look at increasing Solo entry fees. Entry fees have remained steady for several years. Chris motioned to raise Solo entree fees to $40. Dave seconded. Approved.

I-80 has asked that we again pay for our banner at the Speedway. Anthony motioned we should continue to pay this. Steve seconded. Approved.

Old Business

As the original criteria for the Byers Trophy (Best Event) is no longer relevant, it may be time to retire it. Ben motioned to retire the trophy. Anthony seconded. Approved.

A new trophy with criteria more in line with our current Course Designer and Event Master duties will be considered and discussed for 2021.

New Business

Clarify Event Master and Course Worker assignments and benefits. Discussed. Carried over to later meetings.
