Secretary’s Report

Activities Chair Report

Steve Ducharme not present. Steve emailed report to board members.

Club Race

Steve Wilson said nothing new to report. The drivers with the most points will receive trophy’s.

Rally Cross

Doug Leibman said final Rally cross completion was held Nov 1 at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood. Jan Gerber designed the course and served as event master. Seventeen drivers competed in seven classes.

Solo Chair

Dave Pape has nothing new to report. Dave did mention the Salina region wants to join in on next years Solo events when they can.

National Events

Mark Walker talked about the dates for next years Pro Solo and Spring Nationals, the Divisional Championship and the Nationals in Sept. Mark also mentioned dates for Solos, Test-n-Tunes with Starting Line school but has to get approval first.

Membership

Julie Heaton not present. New Membership: Ben Tusa has nothing new to report.

Exhaust Notes

Patt Buell said they are in the works.

Points

Candy Gerber said the final points are on web site.

Social Chair

Chuck Garcia said will plan for a picnic again in 2016. Club will not participate in World Of Wheels in 2016.

Banquet

April Walter ask for budget to be approved. Aprilmotioned. MarkWalkerseconded.Allfor.

Old Business

Medals: Candy Gerber continues to work on them.

New Business

Mark Walker proposed to create a Jerry Doctor Lifetime Achievement Award. Criteria to achieve has to be discussed. Candy Gerber motioned to approve. Mark Walker seconded. All for.
