Activities Report: Steve Ducharme
Two Rallycross events were held February 28, with 25 competitors, and March 13, 2016 with 23 competitors.
On April 9, 2016 annual solo tech will be at LAP from 3- 5 pm with fence setup afterwards. April 10, 2016 an extra Solo (non-points event) will held at LAP. A extra Solo points event in May 15, 2015 has been added on.
Mark Walker (April Walter's proxy) asked for a motion to approve money for a sign at 1-80 speedway that promotes NRSCCA for Rallycross. Shana Hogan seconded. All for. Mark Walker then amended the motion for less money for the sign if the sign can be repaired.
Steve Ducharme would like to propose a 2-day MidDiv championship on Sept. 18, 2016 for Rallycross.
Dave Pape motioned to have glow sticks for night rallycross event. Mark Walker (April Walter's proxy) seconded. All for.
Candy Gerber held a discussion about the Street Survival on April 23, 2016.
Club Racing: Steve Wilson
Steve ask if there were any further plans for a Hastings, Ne Club race to be held. Candy Gerber said not this year.
Solo Report: Dave Pape
Dave said, there will be 7 points events this year. On April 23, 2016 there is a test- tune, and a Street Survival School.
April 24, 2016 will be a Solo-points event and Dave Pape will be event master. Colorado also will have people coming to this event.
Candy Gerber motioned to buy trophy’s (medallions). Dave Zitzlsperger seconded. All for.

Not present. We do have 279 members as of this meeting. New members are added monthly.

Patt Buell motioned for money to promote events on Facebook, social media, that NRSCCA uses. Mark Walker (April Walter's, proxy) seconded. All for.

Banquet: April Walter
Mark Walker (proxy). No one has volunteered to take over banquet planning yet.
Old Business
Dave Zitzlsperger said a OPS Manual is being designed. (Asked board to please check on link given to them).
New Business
Anthony Jackson discussed if it would be possible to get banners or signs made for tech and registration to identify areas better when arriving at events. Dave Pape mentioned if a tent could be made available for events also.
