Shana Emailed last months minutes out to board members. No changes.

Activities: Steve Ducharme

Steve talked about the April 24,2016 first Solo and said there was a good turnout with 97 drivers including the event master Dave Pape.

The May 15, 2016 Solo second event had over100 drivers. Steve said the Pro Solo May 27 -28, Spring Nationals May 28-29 and Solo tour also had a great turnout.

June 3-5 will be a Club Race at RPM. The FSAE will be held June 15- June 18, 2016 at LAP. The May 22, 2016 RallyCross at 1-80 speedway with the tall grass. Steve used a weed wackier to cut down tall grass around cones and timing lights. Next Rallycross will be June 26, 2016.

Mike also commented on how tall grass was at 1-80 and said we had shy of 20 drivers at the last May Rallycross.

Steve Ducharme motioned to have track site maintenance done. Patt Buell seconded. All for.

Club Race: Steve Wilson (not Present)

Candy Gerber has been working on Club race at RPM on June 3-5, 2016. Thank you Candy Gerber for handling the Club race event.

Solo Report: Dave Pape (not present)

Nothing new to report.

National Events: Mark Walker

Mark said all went well at the National Solo’s. The new displays are working well. Mark said also, thanks to all who came and helped out, including the Rebel Club.

Membership: Julie Heaton (not present)

Julie emailed that there are 296 members in May. (12 new members were added in May).

New Members: Ben Tusa (not present)

Nothing new to report.

Exhaust Notes: Patt Buell

Patt said the Exhaust Notes are in the mail.

Social Chair: Chuck Garcia

Chuck ask for ideas for the Picnic. Kevin McEnhill spoke up and said he’d help smoke Brisket. Thanks Kevin!

Nothing discussed.

Old Business

Dave Zitzlsperger asked for the paperwork back that had the description of officers duties.

New Business

Was discussed if the Solo trophy fund had been paid yet. Mark Walker asked about getting enough golf carts for National Solo’s in September.
