April handed out a report to board members. Steve Ducharme motion to approve. Chuck Garcia seconded. All for. ===Activities: Steve Ducharme=== Steve reported there were three event in June. The June 3, 4, 5 RPM Club races had more drivers then workers available. The Solo event on June 19 had 105 drivers with Greg Jensen as the eventmaster. On June 26 was a Rallycross with Mike Lovejoy as eventmaster. On July 10 will be a Solo and July 17 a Rallycross. The Mid-Div Solo will be held July 30-31.

Steve Ducharme ask to have 1-80 Rallycross site repaired. DaveZitzlsperger motion to approve. Chuck Garcia seconded. All for.

Solo: Dave Pape (Not present)

It was mentioned that the Corvette Club would like to join in on Oct. Solo but was suggested to get hold of Dave Pape first. Club Race: Steve Wilson (not present) Candy Gerber said it was a successful event. Candy thanks everyone who came and helped at the event.

National events: Mark Walker

Mark talked about the FSAE event Held in June. Was a good event. Mark also said the Nationals will be in September and will have extra space for the site. Our club needs to rent or buy carts for use at Nationals.

Need job descriptions returned from board members for OPS Manuel.

New Business

Mark Walker has requested that some new equipment is needed. Android tablets needed for the trailer. Candy Gerber requested a new router also needed. Steve Ducharme motioned for equipment. Candy Gerber seconded. All for.

Mark Walker asked about getting a fence winder and buy a golf cart to use. Mark also suggested a container to store the fence. Steve Ducharme suggests renting golf carts for Nationals. Candy Gerber also suggested new tripods and antennas. Mark Walker will order.

Jeff Kiesel ask for a private test-in-tune prior to Nationals.
