RallyCross: Mike Lovejoy (not present)
Steve Ducharme will talk with 1-80 speedway to make sure the proposed RallyCross schedule is ok with them.

Old Business
Anthony Jackson has propose an Above and Beyond Rewards Program
- Only active members will be eligible.
- 1 point will be given for the extra duty performed at events. Will be recorded by a specified board member.
- 1 point for local events Solo, RallyCross, etc. Points can be used for : t-Shirts, caps,etc. Points will be reset every Feb.

New Business
Dave Zitzlsperger Dave motioned for Kevin McEnhill to be the 2017 assisted RE. Anthony Jackson seconded. All For.
Ellen Zitzlsperger will be new points keeper .
Majority of officers will stay in same position for 2017.
The region is still looking for a new Treasurer. Please contact Dave Zitzlsperger if interested in the position.
Trophies
- Mark Walker nominated (Jim McNeil) and the Rebels club for the Wilson Trophy. Steve Ducharme seconded. All for.
- The Woody Dunn, Workers Cup - if members want tonominate anyone please let Dave Zitzlsperger know. The vote will be sent via-email from board members.
The 2017 schedule has been proposed by Mark Walker. Dates have to be approved after Mark and Steve talked to Airpark (Solo) and 1-80 Speedway (RallyCross) and make sure dates are available. The RallyCross on April 15 &16 moved to April 1-2, 2016.
Steve Ducharme mentioned a RallyCross scheduled in St. Joe Missouri on Dec 4, 2016.
Anthony Jackson moved that our region donate: Free entry for Mid- Div (Solo), Free entry to Mid-Div (RallyCross) and $150 for Club Racing. April Walter seconded. All for.
Dave Zitzlsperger motioned to donate for Banquet a free entry for Solo, a free entry for RallyCross, and $150 off for Club Racing entry. Steve Ducharme seconded. All for.
Mark Walker proposed that our region cover costs for entry for any Board member or officer to attend the National Convention and Mid Div convention this year. This proposal was motioned by Dave Zitzlsperger, Chuck Garcia seconded. All for.
