Events are happening.

Would like to change the POC for the events to Rodman (for RallyCross) and Riley (for Solo). Need email addresses.

Sanctions for all past events are done.

Need to update the Event Master (Riley and Rodman) and Chief Safety Steward (Steve and Sara) info for all events.

Add a link on the MSR event to the insurance certificate. (Sara to download from SCCA site and upload on the website)

Need Solo #2 results. Tony will get them to Sara.

Sara to add the activity points from the picnic.

Get the 2 contracts signed.

We are back to doing worker check-in.

EVX PAX for Pro class missing from MSR.

HCR class missing from MSR and Pronto.

Evo School on Friday before MiDiv Solo Champs tentative.

• Tony is talking with Mike.
• What did we charge in the past?
• Can it be held on the concrete?

Tony still needs to get his LAP badge.

CCC will have their own second SSS. Currently setting up shadow opportunities.

Riley and Tony considering:

• 2 session format for Sunday events.
• New way to do grid. 2-driver cars first, then the others in order.

Sunday courses should be lined.

RallyCross - Rodman Hunsaker

RallyCross #2 has low count.

Start making FB posts for RallyCross #3 after next Solo.

Been a year since we have used the RallyBowl.

Goal is to not cancel events, even with low attendance.

Rodman to talk with Jim about the Super Weekend.

Live Timing not working.

• Possible Dreamhost issue. Sara will contact support.

Pronto does offer a live timing hosting option.

Putting effort into the main site and the History site.

History domain expiring. Will not be renewed. Will just be under main site, nrscca.com/history.

Sara to add notice that nrsccahistory is going away, use nrscca.com/history instead.

Tony to get artice to Sara.

Put notice on FB asking for Newsletter volunteers.

Riley to add membership request questions to the Nebraska SCCA Autocross page.

Tony needs to ask Ben to update the Slack ownership permissions.

Property and Equipment Manager - Vacant

Harris Decals putting decals on trailer on May 13th. Rodman will get the trailer to them.

Need to swap fuse in 12v inverter and be sure it works.

Repair and service the generators. Tony will contact Gil.

Need flour for course lines. Big bags from Costco or Sam's?
