Flatwater Austin-Healy Club asking about running with our events. Having trouble getting affordable insurance.

We need to establish a framework of how we share the site with other clubs. Costs, SSS requirements, etc.

Tony to ask Ben to update the Slack ownership permissions.

Kevin not available to make brisket for Spring picnic.

Steve will ask Shawn McNeil about taking that date for smoking meat.

Street Survival - Todd Reznicek

Keeping the October TnT on the schedule for now.

October 5th confirmed as date.

Todd will work on getting sanctions.

Property and Equipment Manager - Vacant

Store 3 batteries and Jump Pack for winter.

Take trailer to Action Signs for new decals.

Repair and service the Honeywell portable generator.

Replace 1 inverter.

Old Business

Email regarding eligibility of the Vitour P1 for our events was sent out.

• SCCA National added it to the exclusion list for Street and Street Touring.
• NRSCCA Board has decided to follow the SEB decision.
• Email sent to Solo attendees of the last 2 years, and posted on Nebraska Autocross Facebook page.
• Asking Kevin to add to MSR.

Potential move of Board of Governors election to MSR.

• Would require By-laws change.
• Sara will look into it further. They do let you limit it to active Region members.

New Business

Tony will post a note on Facebook about Patt Buell's passing.
