Start Time: 8:10 PM (Clancy’s Pub, 114th & Dodge Omaha) Attending: Jerry Doctor, Pat Buell, Steve Ducharme, Dave Fink, Chuck Garcia, Julie Heaton, Riley Heaton, John LaRandeau, Mark Walker, Candy Gerber, Ralph Lindow & Shana Hogan

Treasurer’s Report

John LaRandeau presented Treasurer’s Report.

Rally Cross Report

Steve Ducharme presented year end report. NRSCCA operated five one -day events in 2014. Feb. 23, March 14, May 22, June 15 and NNG 2. With a average of 18 entries. NRSCCA operated a two- day event September 13-14 that combined regional points. The average attendance was 33 entries. NRSCCa also was the host region for the RX National Championships Oct. 3-5 at I-80 speedway, there was a record 110 entries in all 9 classes. the event was run by National Staff and the RX board. The Rebels club manned the gates. We provided hosting and hospitality and got high paradise from the drivers. The exploits and triumphs of some of our RX drivers will be covered at the Annual Banquet in January. We reported a profit for the Midiv Rallycross and broke even with Rallycross Nationals.

For 2015 we have already six points events penciled in and checked with I-80 Speedway : February 22, March 15, June 7, July 26, October 18, and November 1.

Fiat Deal

Jerry Doctor has been researching the deal with Fiat. Based on discussions with other Regions and the National office, it looks like it is a no go right now.

Membership Report

Julie Heaton presented end of year membership report. Jerry Doctor is looking for a place to display the old and retired trophies. A few possibilities are being looked into at the current time.

Club Racing

Candy Gerber reported meeting with the new administrator in charge of MAM Keith Reagan . It will now called the Raceway Park Of The Midlands. He discussed a possible June 6 -7 road racing event . DMVR had asked to possibly share this event with NRSCCA . Motion was to move and second by Dave Fink and Mark Walker. It was also mention to have an event June 27- 28, and/or Aug. 8-9 at MPH in Hastings.

Candy motioned to make a $1500 deposit to secure the race at MAM. Mark seconded/All approved.

Solo Report

Mark Walker was not able to confirm dates yet for 2015 . May 2/3 will be busy as there will be a Starting line School, Nationals Course set up and a Nebraska Region Solo all scheduled for the same weekend.

A motion was made to approve the RE’s officer appointments. Dave seconded/All Approved.

Candy is requesting that any discussions (regarding BOG issues) had via email, that we use individual email addresses as opposed to board@nrscca.com. There have been some issues with emails not going through.

A request has been made to change the Nebraska Region website to display the correct time and place for all future BOG meetings. Those changes were made during the meeting and now have the correct time and place.

A motion was made to approve the RE’s officer appointments. Dave seconded/All Approved.

The positions are as follows: Jerry Doctor was elected to be the new RE for 2015. He asked the the assistant RE be announced next meeting in Jan.
