Chris sent email to board members with financial information.

Membership: Julie Heaton ( not present)

New Members: Matt Sittel

Matt discussed he had sent a proposal to Steve. Tony Mitera and Deb Erpelding offered to help . In dis- cussion perhaps a Novice Guide could be appointed for new members attending a Solo to help welcome them and get more acquainted. Deb would like to make some info cards.

Social Media: Ben Tusa

Ben said Facebook was not working. Ben said he will work on it and get further promotions out .

Newsletter: Sara McEnhill

Sara is looking for stories for exhaust notes. Please contact her by June 4, 2018 deadline and by first Mon in July. June will be full from pictures at Spring Nationals , etc.

Activities: Anthony Jackson

Anthony said May 5-6, 2018, had a Starting Line School , Test-In-Tune and Solo on May 6,2018.

June 9-10 will be Solo Trials and a Solo with activity points.

Rallycross will be June 17,2018 and a Solo June 24.

Rallycross: Mike LoveJoy

Mike discussed there was no May event.

Mike talked with 1-80 manager and instead of grad- ing all the RX site was able to have them do work improvements in ruts and outside the bowl area.

Solo Chair: Vacant

Steve discussed that that John Hunter would still help with course design and mentor. Also duties need to be designed for this position.

An apprentice could be assigned.

Designers need to be assigned.

Recruit Chiefs

Club Racing: Kevin Kopecky

Kevin discussed that if possible start promoting the race September 22-23, 2018.

The race is struggling to get enough workers. Perhaps incentives could be for workers, etc.

Lincoln Air Park : Mar Walker (not present)

Mark texted that Spring Nationals were sold out early.

The test-n-tune earned its way.

Points : Deb Erpelding

Deb suggested workers not driving should sign in at registration and have paperwork sent to her.

The NRSCCA website needs to be updated with the points.

Steve will updraft ruled for the points on the NRSCCA website.

Focus Session

Steve set up Matt and Kevin on MSR.

Matt will try to make contact with new members before and after a event.

Better follow through with novices at Solo events. Gate pass out Novice card.

Having 1 or 2 mentors available during orienta- tion on their off heat with Novices.

Novices run second work third heat.

Old Business

Steve said we need an Organizer for Street Survival.

New Business

Skidpad Challenge proposed at Nationals by Grassroots Motorsports.*

FMod car build

*Grassroots decided not to do the Skidpad Challenge this year.
