Board of Governors Elections

• Andy Clark has resigned from the Board of Governors. Resignation accepted.
• Mark Walker will fill the 2 year term.
• Todd Reznicek will fill the remaining 1 year of Andy’s term.
• Election of 2020 Regional Executive - Steve Ducharme elected.
• The following Officer positions are currently open: Activities Director, Newsletter Editor, Points Keeper, Club Racing Chair, Equipment Manager

Banquet and Annual Meeting - January 15, 2022

We had a good season, with good member support.

Proposed 2022 schedule being given to LAP and I-80 Speedway.

Club Racing: Vacant (Steve Ducharme)

2022 MiDiv Time Trials schedule set.

Race Workers: Candy Gerber

Need to recruit workers for Club Racing to be successful.

Solo: Tony Mitera

Parade laps for Novice drivers only, led by experienced driver.

Want to get back to having ‘fun runs’. Need to figure out how to coordinate this with fence teardown.

RallyCross: Kevin Schatz

Need to rethink schedule to avoid weather cancellations, typically January through March. Maybe add December event?

RallyBowl logistics still a challenge.

Continue search for new sites.

Registration and Timing Software: Tony Mitera

Updating software. Big help from Darrin Decimo.

Performing site maintenance.

Looking for a new editor. Next issue mid-December.

Need more coaches and volunteers in the future.

Looking for location near Omaha.

Property and Equipment Manager - Vacant

Need to get several fire extinguishers serviced.

Need to service and put new tires on the golf carts. (Nebraska Golf and Turf)

Trailer and generator need service, 1 AC unit on trailer not working.

Service the portable generators. Rebuild the Port-a-potty sled.

Do something with the old small trailer.
