Nothing in particular to report at this time. Waiting for the season to get underway.

Minutes from previous meeting. Steve motioned to approve. All in favor.

Treasurer: Chris Harrison

We have money in both the Checking and Savings accounts.

Chris is going to explore some different options for next years Banquet. Current location is expensive, and we would like somewhere a little more private.

John LaRandeau is going to help Chris with filing the Region taxes.

Membership: Tony Mitera

Looking into setting up a New Member wiki.

Activities: Anthony Jackson

Upcoming events set up on MSR. March 1 RallyX will count as the February Activity Points event.

Solo: Julie Heaton

Currently looking for Solo course designers for this year. Exploring some alternative Trophy options. Discussion about workers and heat splits.

RallyCross: Kevin Schatz

Hopefully, third times the charm for RallyX #1. Still working on alternate site.

Registration and Timing Software: Ben Tusa

Discussion of questions to ask Pronto before season begins.

Street Survival: Todd Reznicek

Our school date (May 2) has been added to the Street Survival website. Currently looking for coaches. Discussed placing a radio ad promoting school.

Focus Session

Annual Tech checklist being updated. Ordering new Annual Tech and Helmet stickers.

Old Business

Need to take one of the golf carts in for service. Chris will take care of this. MiDiv RallyX event - Checking on possible June dates.

New Business

Sara requested that we acquire a recycle bin for the club trailer. Approved.

Bill Pemberton and Chris Harrison presented an idea for a PAX Challenge. They will hammer out the details before the next meeting.
