SCCA has cancelled events through most of April Lincoln has banned gatherings of more than 10 people through May 6.

Chris and John LaRandeau completed the Region tax return. Chris will sign and file. Chris is setting up a Paypal account to use for paying Region bills..

Have had a few inquiries.

Activities: Anthony Jackson

New $1000 insurance deductible for damage to premises being charged to the Region. We remember no such claims in the past, so should be a rare issue. Insurance Certificates are now issued per Event; K&K is changing how they issue them. We can still request a series on a single sanction request.

Solo: Julie Heaton

Due to the current COVID-19 climate, we are strongly encouraging members to get the Annual Waiver hard card. This will reduce handling of things like pens and clipboards at the gate. And should make for less congestion at the gate on Event mornings. We will have the forms available at the first upcoming Events.

No update on the Loaner Helmets ordered through the National office.

To stay in line with the current gathering restrictions, Chris motioned that we cancel the May 2-3 Solo weekend. Andy seconded. All in favor.

RallyCross: Kevin Schatz

Nothing new at this time. To stay in line with the current gathering restrictions, Chris motioned that we cancel the April 19 RallyCross. Andy seconded. All in favor.
