Shana asked if there was any further discussion about last month’s Minutes. All for.

John not present. John emailed report to board members. No further discussion.

Activities : Steve Ducharme

Steve discussed that a RX was held 10-1-2017 and there 20 drivers. The Solo Trials event on 10-14 , 2017 was canceled due to low entries.

The Solo event on Sunday 10-15, 2017 had about 80 entries or so. The Corvette club had set up to the west of our course on Saturday and Sunday.

Steve said the RX Nationals had drivers from Nebraska Region attending. There will be two events in November with a Solo on November 5, 2017 and RX on November 19, 2017.

Solo: Anthony Jackson (not present)

Chris Harrison proxy. No report.

RallyCross: Mike LoveJoy (not present)

Steve Ducharme discussed possibly having area graded and seeded after last RX.

Club Racing: Dave Zitzlsperger

Discussed that on Tuesday November 7, 2017 a meeting will be held at Legends with Club racers who want to attend.

Nationals Events: Mark Walker

Mark discussed a tentative calendar for 2018 events. A Starting Line school is being offered for first weekend in May 2018.

Membership: Julie Heaton (not present)

New Member: Matt Sittel

Matt sent a brief report to Dave Zitzlsperger. Dave discussed with the board.

Social Media: Ben Tusa

Not anything new to discuss.

Exhaust Notes: Patt Buell/Candy Gerber (not present)

Will be sent in mail by end of next week.

Ellen said points have been updated.

Social: Chuck Garcia

Chuck said we will have picnic again in August if there is availability at Chalco Hills.

Banquet: Mark Walker

Mark discussed having items bought for door prizes.

New Business

Dave Zitzlsperger said the November board meeting will be held on November 30. Chris Harrison suggested possible vests or t shirts for a experienced drivers to wear on Event days to help identify themselves to help out a Novice driver.

Ballets were counted. The new Board members elected for 2018-2019 are:
