Picnic was Aug 18. Thanks Kevin for the awesome brisket! Thanks everyone for all the good food brought . Was a great day! Maybe will have raffles next year. Will need to be present to win.

• working with Mark Walker to send out email calling for racers and workers to sign up on and register.

Solo Nationals August 31-Sept 7.

• Fence setup Mon before.
• Gate manned again by Rebels
• Thurs a Band and food for welcoming party.
• Theme is Game of Cones

• Duties of the Solo Chair
• Solo Chiefs :Safety, Waivers, Registration and

• Special work assignments: Fence, Tech, early waivers, registration, ice, water, other.
• Steve will post a draft document.
• Standerized check list.
• Standerized drivers meeting.
