RE’s Report - Steve Ducharme

Shall we resume meeting in person? Dave will check on available meeting room at Legends.

We have acquired some tools for the trailer.

Proposal for and Equipment Manager (can delegate duties) Possible candidates?

• Maintenance: Truck maintenance, such as oil changes. Fix PA and timing equipment, etc.
• Construction and Procurement: Build PottieCart 2.0, ramp for golf carts, sell one generator, etc.

JDP returns!

• Tentatively July 24-25: Saturday school, Sunday competition
• EXPERIENCED JDP drivers only
• Training update for JDP Safety Stewards, time and date TBD

TnT offered Thursday-Saturday at Spring Nats

• Managed by Steve D, operated by the Rebels
• Drivers as course workers, plus NRSCCA volunteers. T-shirts for all.
• Income TBD in cash and cc charges
• Costs TBD: charitable donation to the Rebels, meals for workers, gas and supplies
• Net income TBD: 75% for NRSCCA and 25% toward SCCA site costs

TnT for Solo Nationals • Need a manager • Operated by the Rebels, recruit course workers • Income TBD.

Club Racing - Vacant

Trying to promote Time Trials in Nebraska Region

NRSCCA and DMVR will be co-hosts, sharing income and costs

MiDiv TT committee willing to offer National TT classes, in addition to MiDiv TT classes

Proposed MiDiv TT for Saturday, September 18 at Raceway Park of the Midlands (RPM). Estimated budget $4800. $300 entry fee, break even at 16 entries. Requesting $1600 for deposit. Need to recruit corner workers. Motion: Steve Second: Dave All for.

• Proposed MiDiv TT for Saturday, October 9 at Motorsports Park Hastings (MPH). Estimated budget $5700. $300 entry fee, break even at 19 entries. Requesting $1250 for deposit.

Considering Club races for 2022 at RPM and MPH, joint with DMVR.
