LAP solo site REOPENED for April 7-9 Weekend

• Re-open Solo Points # 1 and Annual Tech, work day? Approved
• April 27-28 should be fine.

(Update) Trophies for Solo & RallyCross events

Request from John Hunter to store a car-trailer-truck at LAP between Solo Spring Nationals and Solo Championships (declined)

Tony said the Novice Trifold had been printed and will be handed out at the first Solo.

Solo #1 is back on and sanctions are sent in.

Registration and Timing Software: Ben, Anthony, Kevin, Tony, Chris, Sara

Ready to start using on April 7.

Club Racing: Kevin Kopecky (not present)

Sent report that he's working with Eric from DMVR to get updates.

Race Workers: Candy Gerber

Sent report.

Solo Chair: Julie Heaton

Julie has chosen Chiefs and they will be posted. Chief of tech will be Gil Sherman.

Julie requested vests for workers. Voted and Approved.

Kevin McEnhill proposed for new coolers . Voted and approved.

There was a discussion for alternative Solo / Rallycross sites. Lancaster Event Center, etc.

RallyCross: Mike LoveJoy (not present)

Anthony will approaching Eagle Raceway as a potential RX site. Steve will approach Lancaster County Event Center about RX and Solo sites.
