Steve Ducharme opened the meeting.
Steve discussed the By-laws that were on the agenda. Each table had the revised changes and ask for a motion.
Chris Harrison motioned for the changes. Patt Buell second. All for. Motion was passed.
Steve then asked if there was any Old Business and there was no comments.
Steve asked if there was any New Business and there was no comments.
Meeting was motioned to be adjourned at 7:12pm. All for.
