Club Charter and State filings completed.

Region responsibility at Spring Nationals & National Championships

• Fence setup and takedown
• Run the Test-n-Tune

Safety Steward Training for new licenses will be held at Action Signs on Saturday, March 9, 2020, from 9-11:30 and 12:00- 1:00pm for Junior Driver Program (JDP) training required for all new and renewal licenses. Signup on MSR.

Great Lakes Region - July 6-7

• Offered them the opportunity to hold their own 2-day TnT. They may want to join in our events instead.

Trophies for Solo and RallyCross events

• Recommend medals made by Jim McNeil
• T-shirts made by Jim and Shawn for Novices

Regular Club Business

Minutes from Jan/Feb 2019 were approved.

Treasurer: Chris Harrison

Chris emailed report to board. (Vote) Approved.

The club now owns a 3/4 ton truck thanks in part to Bill Pemberton and Woodhouse.

Membership: Tony Mitera (not present)

Tony sent report by email to the board. Sara will contact Tony to work out the details of the brochure.

Activities: Anthony Jackson (not present)

No activities point for February. The February RallyCross is rescheduled for March 10.

Registration and Timing Software: Ben, Anthony, Kevin, Tony, Chris, Sara

Acquired Pronto software.

Refreshed laptops.

Documenting new processes and educating a core group on how it works.

Cleaning up stale classes in Solo. Pro, Ladies, STP, Novice, plus all current National classes.

This has been a lot of work!

Club Racing: Kevin Kopecky (not present)

(by email) Erich Pfalzgraf is holding conference calls beginning in March to plan for the Majors event at RPM later in the year. I will be participating in that and will update the board as needed.

Will be recruiting course designers.

Kevin proposed getting hand carts for corner stations. Kevin motioned for carts. Chris seconded. All for.
