Minutes were sent to board members. Has nothing new to report.

Handed report to board members and was discussed.
Activities : Steve Ducharme
Steve said the first Rally Cross was scheduled for Sunday February 28, 2016.
The next Rally Cross after that will be Sunday March 13, 2016.
The annual tech will be Saturday April 9, 2016 LAP. The first Solo (non-points) will be Sunday April 10, 2016 at LAP, April 16, 2016.
Then a two day Super weekend with a RallyCross school and twilight Rally Cross and a Rally Cross on Sunday April 17, 2016.
The next weekend event is a test-n-tune, Starting Line School, and Street Survival School held at LAP on Sat April 23, 2016 and Solo (points) event on Sunday April 24,2016.
May 22, 2016 will be another Rally Cross I-80 . Club Race: Steve Wilson (not present).
RallyCross: Mike LoveJoy
Mike said the first RallyCross for the year would be February 28,2016 at I-80. Then one to be held March 13,2016.
Solo: Dave Pape
Dave said he wants to get Event Masters lined up for the Solo events this year. If anyone is interested let Dave know. The first Solo (non-points) event will be Sunday April 10, 2016.
National Events: Mark Walker
Mark said SCCA has plans to add high speed Internet to improve the National site . The National site would be available by 2017 for sure. Spring Nationals will be held the last weekend in May 27-May 30.

Candy Gerber is working to help Sarah since Sarah is new this year with the keeping track of the points.

Chuck would like any suggestions for the main dish for the annual picnic .

Steve Ducharme proposed to get the new officers updated on the NRSCCA website.
Mark Walker proposed: That in the case when a course designer did not want to be a Event Master for the day, the Event master would be called a ‘Chief Steward’ and both would receive 20 points for the event unless the Event Master (as chief steward) chose to drive their car in the Solo, then they would only receive their finishing points in there class. Ellen Zitzlsperger (Proxy for Patt Buell) motioned, Steve Ducharme seconded, All for.
Candy Gerber had some new designs for medals and will email to board members.
