Secretary’s Report

April Walter presented last month’s meeting minutes. Motion by Patt Buell and 2nd by Julie Heaton to approve. All for.

Treasurer’s Report

John LaRandeau presented Treasurer’s Report. Had account balances, etc. Matt said that the National Office needs to be billed for fence setup too.

Membership Report

Julie Heaton presented membership report. 251 members currently, so up 2 from last month.

Solo Report

Mark Walker reports good profit on last weekend’s event. Still need to bill National Office for a few things.

RallyCross Report

Steve Ducharme was not present, so emailed report.

Road Rally Report

6 cars preregistered for upcoming rally.

Club Racing Report

42 entries for next race so far. That would make a loss on the event, but there is a depositalready paid that would be lost if cancelled. We also have a credit with the National Office at the moment. Brand new asphault at MAM. Also they now sell ice at MAM.

Exhaust Notes

Patt Buell report Notes were just sent out.

Social

Chuck Garcia reminds that the picnic is coming up in September.

Old Business

John LaRandeau wanted to remind that the 7/19 Divisional solo at a good site in CO. Recommended the 2 day event.

New Business

Patt Buell to let webmaster know that there are some buttons missing on the website. Julie Heaton wanted to know if there would be a test and tune before Divisionals. Yes there will. That is 2 weeks before Nationals.

Matt Cox motioned that the cost of going through the school if running the race Sat and Sun be free. 2nd by Patt Buell. All for.
