April Walter presented last month’s meeting minutes. Motion by Matt Cox and 2nd by Patt Buell to approve. All for.
Treasurer’s Report
John LaRandeau presented Treasurer’s Report. Motion by Matt Cox to approve, 2nd by Steve Ducharme. All for.
Membership Report
Julie Heaton presented membership report. 247 members currently and several inquires after National’s.
Solo Report
Motorsports Mile event at MAM this weekend. Should be fast course. 2015 startling line school and street survival school discussed.
RallyCross Report
Steve reported second event in a row made a profit. People came to preview National event site.
Club Racing
Major’s schedule is out. Nebraska has a date at Hastings for next year June 27-28th at this point. Looking for date at MAM.
Road Rally
No more rallies this year.
Social
Picnic this Saturday. Chicken and pop provided. Potluck sides and desserts. Food served at about 2.
Nominations Meeting
Oct. 9th at Legends at 7pm.
Banquet
Candy checking out locations. Jan 17th or 24th, probably going to be at the DC Center.
Points
Jerry Doctor posted solo points and will post activity points.
Old Business
Candy put together a committee for Policies and Procedures manual. Julie Heaton, Patt Buell & April Walter. Mark Walker to email current manual.
Electronic voting for BOG election. Dave Fink and Mark Walker almost have this done. Bar codes, can vote online or send with bar code. If you loose ballot, will not be issued another. This was approved last year. Need to know if anyone has any issues with this by nominations meeting.
New Business
Look into getting large display with stands. Mark says 2 out of 3 are currently working. New displays are pricey but there is some money from National’s.
Affective Oct.15th Matt Cox is resigning as R.E. and moving to Alaska. He is resigning Board Member position at the end of the year. This means that there will be three 2 year positions and one 1 year position to fill.
