April Walter presented last month’s meeting minutes. Motion by Candy Gerber and 2nd by Julie Heaton to approve. All for.
Treasurer’s Report
John LaRandeau presented Treasurer’s Report. Club racing has paid for all of their expenses (repaid to General fund). Motion by Candy Gerber to approve, 2nd by Julie Heaton. All for. Membership Report: Julie Heaton presented membership report. 245 members currently. 9.5% growth and 88% retention according to the National Office.
Solo Report
Solo Nationals starts this weekend. Setup starting Thursday.
Divisional have 57 entries currently. Need 112 to break even with budget. Prior to event, Evo School test and tune on Friday. $75 for all the runs they want.
RallyCross Report
National Challenge info posted. (Mid- Div Championship) RallyCross Nationals coming up too.
Social
Chuck Garcia repots picnic coming up. Sep. 27th at Chalco Hills before solo the next day. Fried chicken and drinks to be provided. Sides and desserts as a potluck.
Candy Gerber to start investigating sites for the Annual Banquet.
Old Business
Revise Policies and Procedures manual? Candy Gerber to form a committee for this.
New Business
Motion by Matt Cox to spend up to $500 on food, etc. for the picnic. 2nd by Candy Gerber. All for.
Motion by Matt Cox to allocate $300 to fix display so we have 3 working displays. 2nd by Julie Heaton. All for.
Candy said Patt Buell asked her to bring up retiring Road Rally trophies, etc. Matt recommended tabling until next meeting in Sep. to see for sure if there is a Rally Master for Nov. or not.
Motion by Matt Cox to move the Junior karts points event from Sep. 28th to Oct. 12th event. 2nd by Julie Heaton. All for.
