Reminder to fill out annual waivers. Steve invited Peter Cline from Veteran Motorsports. Explained how they and we can serve veterans at our events. We will aim for 1 specific event per year. MiDiv Convention - Feb. 18-19 - Independence, MO Anyone 'attend' National Convention?

Discussing course area testing and relocation with Rick Myers. AF parking area? Still need to get LAP access cards for Tony and Rod. Possible new Solo Team member? Tad Rosberg, Scott Oliver, Louis Whitehead?

Event Sanction, Safety, Insurance - Steve Ducharme
Small increase in Sanction and Insurance fees. Some Sanctioning changes. Need to improve process for handling Ride-along Insurance and Documentation. Improve process for Minor Waivers.
Registration and Timing Software - Tony Mitera
Writing up details for Darrin. Need wristbands. Will spend ~$66 for a box of 1000.
