Secretary’s Report

Candy Gerber motioned to approve. Mark Walker seconded. All for.

Treasurer’s Report

April Walter handed out the report to board members. Patt Buell motioned to approve. Steve Ducharme seconded. All for.

Activities Report

Steve Ducharme said we had a good turnout for the June 21 Solo event. The MiDiv Solo Championship was coming up Aug. 1-2. The club race would be Aug. 8-9 in Hastings at MPH. The National Rally Cross also will be Aug. 8-9 in Iowa. Aug. 22 a Test-n-Tune will be held if enough people sign up for it and on Aug. 23, #6 Solo Points event will be at LAP.

Club Racing

Steve Wilson talked about the discussion on having year end awards for club racing drivers.

RallyCross

Doug Leibman said he looked at the 1-80 site and said no seeding has been done. A lot of weeds are growing at the site.

Solo

Mark Walker said the July 11 Mustang autocross did not happen due to scheduling problems.

The July 12 Charity Solo event had a good turnout. It has been discussed among Board members if a make up event should happen for the karts that were not able to run at MPH for the points event.

Aug. 22 Test-n-Tune event will happen if at least 25 or more entries sign up.

Mark Walker said there were over 1,200 plus entries for the Solo Nationals as the day of our meeting . This sets a new record ever!

Fence set up will be Aug. 25 at 6:00 for the Solo National’s site at LAP. Mark Walker motioned to pay Rebel Club $3,000 for their help for the week at National’s. Steve Ducharme seconded. All for.

Membership

Julie Heaton sent out the numbers to the board members. We have gained new members each month this year.

New Membership

Ben Tusa has no new news to report.

Exhaust Notes

Patt Buell has no new news to report.

Points

Candy Gerber still working on points.

Social

Chuck Garcia said the picnic will be held on Sept. 27 from 11-4 and food will be served at 12:00. A main dish will be severed and asking for everyone to bring food, like side dishes, to add.

Banquet

April Walter said no news to report at this time.

Old Business

Candy Gerber said we are about of medals and will need to reorder soon.

New Business

Candy Gerber has not heard back from person about the street Survival school.
