Membership Report
Julie Heaton presented membership report. 249 members currently.
RallyCross Report
Steve Ducharme reports that RallyCross has been breaking even on their events. Next event on 6/15. Matt Cox motioned that we host the 2014 Mid-Div RallyCross Championships. 2nd by Steve Ducharme. All for.
Solo Report
Mark Walker reports that the school was very successful. Next day’s event cancelled for lighting however. We did make a profit on the Spring Nationals.
Road Rally Report
Jerry Doctor reported 6/29 Rally is to start at Clancy’s with first car off at 1:00pm. Should be about 80 miles long.
Exhaust Notes Report
Patt Buell reported that the notes are out.
Club Racing Report
Supplementals for the July races are out. Matt Cox submitted budgets for the races not including any sponsorship money or trophy expenses. Motion by Candy Gerber to approve race budgets. 2nd by Patt Buell. All for.
Matt Cox wanted to note a restatement of policy: Money NRSCCA transfers to Racing will be refunded to the General Fund when money becomes available in the Race Fund.
Dave Fink made a motion to pay remaining deposit due to Hasting for race. 2nd by Candy Gerber. All for.
Note that because of lighting cancelled event, still have a number of “free” events that are owed for people that got one with entry to the school.

Jerry Doctor suggests that we implement a minimum number of cars for the Club Racing Experience to take place at the Races. Candy Gerber motioned to have a 5 car minimum for the Club Racing Experience to take place at the races. 2nd by Patt Buell. All for. Candy Gerber made a motion for a 5 car minimum for each bonus race at the MAM race. 2nd by Patt buell. All for.
