Chris emailed a Summary report, Transaction report and report on Pinnacle Bank Savings to board members. (No vote)

New Members: Tony Mittera
Tony brought a sample handout to give to new Solo drivers at events.
Tony ask for any more suggestions he could add.
Newsletter: Sara McEnhill
Sara ask board if she could add more pages to newsletter when needed.
Sara will inquire about how much extra expense it might be from the place they are printed and report back next meeting.
Solo Media: Ben Tusa
Ben had no new news to print.
Activities: Anthony Jackson
Anthony reported the Solo Nationals 9/3-9/7 went well. Boxers at Baxter event was good on Sept 15 and the Rallycross on Sept 16. Club Racing on 9/21-9/23 went well. Street Survival School on 9/29 and Solo on 9/30. The corvette Club will also be sharing west side of track area on 9/29-9/30.
Rallycross: Mike LoveJoy (not present)
Steve shared that the Rallycross had 22 drivers and several spectators. Food was provider by Baxters and Suburu Trailer with Rallycross car set up and handed free things out.
Solo Chair: Vacant
Steve hasn’t drafted the duties yet.

Club Racing: Kevin Kopecky (not present)
Kevin sent email that he sent pictures of club Racing to Sara for exhaust notes. Also was very pleased with the joint effort with DMVR and the car count and hopes this will be something we can build on as we move forward.
Lincoln Air Park : Mark Walker
Mark reported that Solo Nationals went well.

Focus Session
Lifetime Jerry Doctor Award Criteria
Leadership, good faith to club and members, national exposure, club spirit, longevity with club, mentorship, finding ways to grow and prosper, developing safety criteria and a few more ideas were mentioned.
- The nomination meeting will be held October 2 at Legends Bar and Grill for Woody Dunn, Workers Cup, etc.
