Robert J. Wilson Memorial Sponsors Cup
Purpose
Established in 1995, this trophy is to thank a person (not necessarily a member of the SCCA) or a company that has been a regular supporter of the Nebraska Region. It is not necessarily presented each year.
How it is awarded
Recipients are determined by a vote of the Region's Board of Governors, however, Nebraska Region members are allowed to submit nominations.
However deserving they might be, a sponsor is only allowed to win this trophy every five years.
History of the Trophy
The Sponsors Cup was donated to the Region by R.J.'s daughter Ellen (Zitzlsperger) and his granddaughter April (Walter) is proud to present it at annual banquets.

R. J. Wilson was not a member of SCCA, but he was a regular supporter and sponsor of Nebraska Region.
